12 pot Multiflow Systems

Price:  Starting at: £499.00

Model: Multiflow12 with stands & 6 dome 7 Units in Stock

The Multiflow system will help you to achieve great results with minimum fuss! Powered by a controller, the Multiflow floods and drains each of the growing pots, ensuring that your plants receive fresh nutrient and plenty of oxygen -  helping to enhance growth rates!
The 9 litre pots enable your plants to grow strong and tall, whilst also giving them enough space to produce a large root system. Versatile, all of the pots can be moved according to plant growth. You can easily expand your system by adding multiflow pots.
The controller unit assembly (which consists of a 25 litre container) has a timer and a relay box mounted on the side, as well as float switches mounted inside of it. This controls the level of water in the system automatically. Each timer pin on the controller has a duration of 15 minutes, allowing for better control over watering cycles. Each pin pushed down on the timer will water the system for 15 minutes. As the nutrient drains from the system, oxygen is drawn down to the roots.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend buying your system with the black drainage stands. The black drainage stands DO NOT come as standard with our Multiflow systems and are not essential BUT tthey do serve a VERY USEFUL purpose in that they RAISE THE POT AND TILT IT FORWARDS 5 DEGREES TO INCREASE DRAINAGE and are especially useful if you have an uneven floor. WE RECOMMEND THEM because they GREATLY INCREASE THE FUNCTIONALITY of your system and with the increased drainage function comes EXTRA GROWTH. Sold as a Basic, or with stands, or with domes or with stands & domes.

Each 12 pot Multiflow kit contains:
Controller unit with timer and relay
Large reservoir 190L
2 x submersible pumps
12 x 9 litre pots & Inserts
½”elbows and tees
½” supply tubing

Set-Up & Operation
Lay out all of the pots & stands and set them on a level surface.
Then connect the pots together using the various fittings and tubing included.
Once you have done this, you plug the power cord of the pump in the reservoir into the controller unit and set your watering times.  When the timer reaches the watering time you have selected, the pump turns on inside the reservoir pumping nutrient solution into the controller unit.
The controller is connected to all the pots via a supply tube, linking all the pots together at the base.
As the controller starts to fill, water and nutrient flow through the supply tube and into each pot.
Once the desired fill level in the controller is reached, all the pots will be flooded with water and nutrient.  A float switch cuts the power to the pump in the reservoir and maintains the fill level until the timer on the controller switches off.  Once the timer turns off, the pump inside the controller is engaged and the nutrient is then pumped back into the reservoir. This will continue until the water level reaches the preset drain depth, then the pump will turn off. At this point all the liquid has drained from each pot, replacing the roots with fresh nutrient and oxygen.
